On Monday, September 26, at 17:00, the National Council of the Democratic Party will meet.
The news was announced by the Chairman of the National Council, Edi Paloka, through a press release.
At the meeting, there will be discussions about the current political situation followed by proposals on the opposition’s decision-making process.
In addition, the progress of the process initiated by the workgroups operating across the country for the consolidation of the structure of the Democratic Party will also be reviewed.
Chief Democrat Sali Berisha has warned that protests against Edi Rama’s government would start in September, but this has yet to actually happen.
The only protest from the opposition, in the new political season, wasthe one held by the Freedom Party on September 13 at Tirana’s incinerator.
