Democratic Party MP Edi Paloka said that the gathering of as many people as possible is the main indicator of a successful protest, so he called on citizens to come out on November 12.
According to him, the number of people will prove that the people know how to react to a government that, as you said a little while ago, robs, steals, violates and humiliates citizens.
“If we do not react, everything in Albania will continue to go from bad to worse. They should come out to protest and not wait for them to go and destroy your house, your business, not wait for their children to remain without an education, without a place of work, and be forced to choose the path of emigration; come out to protest so that they are not violated and so that they’re not afraid that they will go out and be killed by crime or by the criminal police. There are 100 reasons why Albanians should protest,” said Paloka.
The MP guaranteed that the protest will be peaceful and non-violent.
“It will be a protest where we will really show our strength, we will show it there with our presence and of course with our actions,” Paloka explained.
In addition, he also said that this is the first of many protests as a government cannot be overthrown with a single protest.
