The decision on the financial treatment of the personnel of the Armed Forces was approved at the meeting of the Council of Ministers.

This decision aims to strengthen national capacities and improve the quality of Civil Defense services. There are about 6,000 employees who will benefit from this decision, 2,500 of them will receive the salary supplement for the first time.

Special forces, pilots, engineers and maintenance technicians, the Cyber ​​unit, drones, forces dedicated to civil emergencies and many, many other capacities will be part of this decision proposed by the Ministry of Defense.

The financial treatments will range from 100,000 ALL above the salary per month, from which 200 soldiers benefit.

Meanwhile, for the Intelligence Agency operatives, the financial treatment above the salary goes up to 20,000 lek per month for about 150 military personnel.

For active military personnel of other structures, the salary supplement goes up to 70,000 lek per month, including those military personnel who have not previously benefited from this supplement.

This decision comes only 4 months after the salary increase that was made for certain categories of the Armed Forces.

From 2022, the salaries of FA employees have undergone the largest increase in history, of almost 40%.
