Kosovo’s Prime Minister Albin Kurti has responded to the media following a question about the €250 fine he received for failing to appear at the Special Prosecutor’s Office.
His comments came after a meeting held as part of ongoing consultations with political parties on the formation of a new government.
“Sometimes I get fined, but don’t be upset on my behalf,” Kurti told reporters with a smile.
Earlier today, Kurti was fined €250 by the Basic Court of Pristina for failing to appear before the Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo (PSRK) to testify in a case related to state reserves, after ignoring three summonses issued by the prosecution.
