Former minister of foreign affairs, Arian Starova said that president Putin is aiming at changing the existing borders through the attack on Ukraine.
According to him, this isn’t something that will be easily accepted by the international community because it would destroy all equilibriums established so far.
Starova also added that now Putin hasn’t only come out against the Ukrainian people, but his own nation as well.
The former minister concluded that today’s attacks, serve as the final proof of a ‘dictator’ in action.
