The National Employment Agency has listed 1,700 job vacancies across various sectors of the economy over the past month.
The most in-demand professions are those requiring mid-level or technical skills. Specifically, employers are seeking manual laborers in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, and logistics. At the same time, there is a high demand for service workers, mainly waiters and salespeople. The list of vacancies also includes more specialized professions such as electricians, engineers, and mechanics.
However, even though job opportunities exist, the biggest challenge remains the shortage of qualified labor.
Experts say that a large number of young people aim to emigrate abroad, while others refuse available jobs due to low wages or unsatisfactory working conditions.
In this situation, businesses are finding it increasingly difficult to recruit employees, while the government is making efforts to raise awareness and improve skills through professional training courses.
