Analyst Baton Haxhiu said in an interview for Euronews Albania that Albin Kurti will not come personally to the Tuesday summit in Tirana to avoid a public clash with Aleksandar Vucic.

“If there was to be a meeting with Vucic where a pre-agreement was to be signed, he should not have run away from responsibility. I think that Kurti ran away from his own responsibility, he did not want to create a public clash with Vucic. He leaves unimportant tasks to Vjosa Osmani”, he said.

Kosovo will be represented at the summit by President Vjosa Osmani.

The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has decided to participate in the summit of the EU and the Western Balkans, which will take place in Tirana, and is headed to the Albanian capital.
