The director of the Cërrik fire department, Artion Taçi, has been arrested for exercising illegal influence and electoral crime.

4 other people, among them 2 firemen, were also captured.

The arrest of the head of the fire department and 3 other persons was made by order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Elbasan.

Taçi is charged with 3 charges: falsification of documents, exercise of illegal influence on persons performing public functions and use of public function for political or electoral activities.
