As authorities unsealed boxes containing electoral materials, they discovered irregularities in at least six of them, namely missing documentation.
As of 1 PM, 12 out of 24 boxes were opened by the Commission for Appeals and Sanctions (CAS) noticing that at least 6 boxes did not have the report of the electronic identification device, voter records, or the list of the voters.
After unsealing all the contested boxes, CAS will adjourn and decide whether to open ballot boxes.
