The Speaker of the Parliament of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, in his speech at the joint meeting being held between the Parliaments of Kosovo and Albania on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of Independence, described November 28 as the most important day of the Albanian nation, which “holds within the dream of freedom’.
While mentioning the danger that Kosovo as a state is facing from Serbia, as he said in diplomatic channels and with the financing of criminal groups, Konjufca emphasized that Albania’s support is essential to protect the nation’s interests
“History has taught us Albanians that as much as we should celebrate, we should reflect. The world today is less safe than yesterday because of Russia’s war in Ukraine targeting NATO and the EU. The only country in the middle of Europe connected with Russia is Serbia, it fights us from inside and outside, from diplomacy to the financing of criminal groups. The closer Albania and Kosovo are to each other, the easier we can protect the interests of our nation”, said Konjufca.
