The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, continues to be not very satisfied with what the Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo did.

When he spoke about the indictment for the “Bajnska” case, he repeated the position that this step is overdue, linking this to the situation of the dialogue with Serbia.

Kurti hinted that the surrender of Milan Radojicic and other members of the terrorist group is one of the conditions for continuing the dialogue with Belgrade.

Also, the head of the government of Kosovo insisted again on signing the basic agreement in order to show good faith, as a legal guarantee for its implementation.

“I have not seen the indictment. I’m sure he was able to get up much earlier. But better late than never. However, we need to see its content, so that we can talk about it.

What we insist on wherever we are, the first is the handover of Milan Radoicic, because he committed the crime in Kosovo, since Banjska is in the north of Kosovo. They should withdraw the letter of the former prime minister Brnabić, with which she renounced Serbia’s commitment to the basic agreement and the implementation annex, saying that it accepts independence, does not respect territorial integrity and will not accept Kosovo’s seat at the UN .

An unsigned agreement is seen as a very easy agreement not to be respected and implemented”, said Kurti.
