The Special Board of Appeal has confirmed the new Tirana judge Niko Rapi. 

The judging panel of the Special Appeal Board, consisting of Ina Rama chairperson, Natasha Mulaj relator, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Sokol Çomo members, announced the decision on the case related to the appeal of the reassessment subject Niko Rapi against the decision of the Independent Commission of Qualification.

At the end of the trial, the jury decided to change the decision of the KPK and reinstate the Tirana judge, Niko Rapi.
