Euronews Albania has been able to secure the real estate tab available from former official Alda Klosi, who recently denounced the theft of thousands of euros by her housemaid Rozeta Dobi and her son Javier Dobi.

Based on the Cadastre data, it appears that Klosi is the owner or co-owner of 7 real estate properties in Tirana and Shengjin.

Klosi is also the owner of 2 apartments in Shengjin with a total surface area of ​​94 m2 and 42 m2, and according to the data she became the owner of the assets through donation contracts. She is also the co-owner of 3 apartments in Tirana with a surface area of ​​47 m2, 54 m2, and 50.8 m2 each.

According to the Cadastre data, Klosi is the co-owner of two plots of land in Tirana with a surface area of 216 m2 and 160 m2. She also owns a 2013 Toyota RAV4 SUV.
