A coalition has been formed between LDK (Democratic Alliance for Kosovo) – the winner of this commune in the last local elections and PDK (Democratic Party of Kosovo).
These two parties will be co-governing the capital of Kosovo – Prishtina.
The news was confirmed for Euronews Albania by officials of PDK’s branch in Prishtina.
“Yes, we have joined forces in government, for the deputy mayor and 5 directories,” – said a high-ranking official for PDK in Prishtina.
Meanwhile, the chair of the communal assembly is expected to be appointed later today.
