The Euronews Albania Barometer has released its second round of political measurements for the Tirana District.
In this round, 1,000 citizens from across the district were interviewed face-to-face, proportionally distributed according to the population across the five constituent municipalities.
Data collection was conducted from March 22 to April 3, 2025.
Citizens of the Tirana District were asked to select how favorable they feel about 11 political leaders who are officially in the race for the May 11 elections, according to the ballot certified by the Central Election Commission.
For Edi Rama, 50.4% of respondents said they have a positive opinion of him. He is followed by Sali Berisha with 31.9% of respondents expressing a positive view, then Agron Shehaj with 31.7%, Lapaj with 29.7%, and Qori with 27.6% positive opinion.

Compared to the measurements from February 2025, Rama’s favorability has remained nearly the same, going from 50.3% in February to 50.4% in March.
Berisha’s favorability increased from 28.2% in February to 31.9% in March.
Shehaj went from 29.9% to 31.7%.
Lapaj rose slightly from 29.3% to 29.7%.
Qori also increased from 25.2% to 27.6%.
Lulzim Basha, on the other hand, saw a decrease in favorability, from 12.7% in February to 10% in March.
