The Democratic Party leader, Sali Berisha, commented on the draft bill for the legalization of cannabis.

In a press statement from DP’s headquarters, Berisha said that this initiative only serves as an implementation of George Soros’s doctrine.

“Edi Rama only does this in order to execute the doctrine of George Soros. Soros is a multibillionaire who has asked the UN, along with the president of a Latin American country, to put a halt of all wars on drugs, despite the fact that each day in the United States, 273 people die from drugs,” said DP’s leader.

Berisha also added that the legalization of cannabis would serve as a black ddkt for the entire country. According to him, this would be an immense form of support for the crime world.

Yesterday, the government announced that the new law on the legalization of cannabis for medical use was put up for public consultation.

This law would provide citizens with a license for the cultivation of a maximum of 150 cannabis plants in greenhouses no bigger than 5-10 hectares each.

Someone who gets a license should have prior experience in the cultivation of medicinal herbs as well as an initial capital of at least 100 million ALL.
