Dibran Hoxha, otherwise known on social media by the nickname “Cobra”, who is also the main suspect in the murder of 31-year-old Visart Cengu from the city of Kukes, has spoken for the first time since his arrest.
During the court session dedicated to ordering his security measure, Hoxha requested that his brother be excluded from all charges, as he was only present at the scene after the crime took place.
“I agree with the lawyer’s words, but I wanted to add something about Enver Amrallah, this is my half-brother. He only came after it all happened; after he heard from others about the incident that had taken place at the club, he drove to the club with the police following him as well. When everyone was giving their testimonies, they came and arrested him as well just becuase he was my brother,” said Hoxha.
Dibran Hoxha, the owner of the nightclub ‘Cobra City’ where the serious incident took place, is suspected of the criminal offenses of “Aggravated murder”, “Carrying a weapon without a permit” and “Manipulation of evidence”, while Arben Vezaj, Burim Mazreku, Jesmir Badalli, Kujtim Gashi, and Enver Amrallahi, are suspected of the criminal offense “Participation in a physical altercation”.
It’s worth mentioning that according to the Kosovar Prosecutor’s Office, the reason for the conflict seems to have been the refusal of the 3 clients to pay for their tab valued at around 400 euros.
