The investigation of the murder of Klodian Rasha is not yet over. Suspicions are that the crime scene was manipulated, referring here to the weapon that was found nearby in a puddle of water, as also acknowledged by Interior Minister, Bledi Çuçi.
“The investigation will continue, even among the police. I believe that at the moment we will have a concrete result in this regard, we will make it public,” said Minister Çuçi.
On the one-year anniversary of Klodian Rasha’s murder by a police officer, his father Qazim Rasha, called on authorities to find out who had placed the gun at the crime scene, with the intent of incriminating his son.
Nevaldo Hajdaraj, the poilice officer who shot Rasha was sentence to 10 yeaes in prison. The prosecutor in the case, Ardian Braho, was discharged a few weeks after failing the vetting screening.
According to sources, several police officers are suspected to have planted the weapon at the murder scene to help out their colleague.
