Analyst Milaim Zeka says that the best solution for a dialogue agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is the exchange of territories.
In an interview for Euronews Albania, Zeka said that from the documents of the European diplomats that are currently circulating, it seems as though an agreement between Kosovo and Serbia is close, but according to the analyst, it will be realized on the basis of two demands made by Vucic that are very painful for Kosovo.
“I am convinced that Serbia will not accept Kosovo’s independence, but there are other ways to reach an agreement; Serbia wants to set the condition that Kosovo will not join the UN for 10 years, but there are two very painful demands for Kosovo: that the Serbs of the north gain autonomy and that the association of Serbian municipalities with executive powers be created. If this is done, it would be murder for the state of Kosovo. The association that Kurti called Zajednica will be the biggest cancer against the state of Kosovo”, said Zeka.
According to him, the best solution for Kosovo was and continues to be the exchange of territories between Kosovo and Serbia.
“Kosovo should give Zubin Potok, Leshak and Leposavici, which belonged to Serbia until ’58, and we should take Presheva, Medvegja and Bujanoci”, said Zeka.
