Alban Dyrmishi was arrested a few months ago under charges of prostitution and solicitation after he had opened a massage and physiotherapy center.
Dyrmishi negated the fact that he had been involved in a prostitution scheme by emphasizing that his business was fully complying with the law and didn’t offer clients any sexual favors.
On the other hand, Dyrmishi did admit that the majority of clients coming into his center, asked for such favors from the female masseuses.
“The majority of clients asked the girls for sexual favors. This would happen often because prostitution is proliferating everywhere in Albania,” – said Dyrmishi.
The 29-year-old said that he started this business after noticing that young people had started to take better care of themselves.
Dyrmishi was first arrested in March and the court later decided to put him on house arrest after reevaluating the evidence.
Investigations are still continuing and Dyrmishi declared that he will continue to operate in this field if he is ultimately indicted.
