Gresa Caka-Nimani was appointed as the new Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo. The decision was announced during the administrative session held by the other judicial officers of Kosovo’s Constitutional Court.
Mrs. Ceka-Nimani will start exercising her duties as the new Chief Judge of the Constitutional Court starting from June 26th 2021, immediately after the expiration of the current Chief Justice’s mandate, Arta Rama-Hajziri.
The mandate of the Constitutional Court’s Chief Judge in Kosovo is set to last 3 years.
