Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has commented on the recent case of the robbery of former official Alda Klosi’s home by her maid Rozeta Dobi and her son Javier.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, Ngjela said that no one in the world accuses someone of stealing money that they themselves stole, thus referring to Klosi’s wealth, which is being accused of having been built on the basis of corruption.

“The person who has stolen cannot report the money that was also stolen. Where are these thieves who report that someone has stolen their stolen money? This would be a unique case in the world, however, as I said before, we should not rush to draw our conclusions because there may also be contradictions in the object that come as a result of mental or psychological shocks,” said the lawyer.

Ngjela also said that in any case, everything should be left up to relevant authorities and conclusions should only be drawn when the final results of the investigation are presented.
