Lawyer Spartak Ngjela has stated that SPAK has failed.

In an interview for Euronews Albania, while commenting on the statement of the head of SPAK Arben Kraja, who said a little while ago that there are indications that there were pressures and threats against judges and prosecutors, he said that the latter should reveal the names.

“The end tells you who are the judges who have been threatened. This is a state, not a populist movement. There is pressure, he was put in prison. SPAK is headed for failure. Corruption is rampant. If SPAK is scared, it has no value. Arben Kraja did not name who put pressure on them, which means he lied” – said Ngjela.

He further said that corruption must be attacked, which according to him is in the majority, the opposition and in the local government.

“Corruption must be attacked, corruption is in the system, the system must be broken. It is a system of corruption and at this moment a very large strike of force is needed, but this is missing. Corruption continues in the majority, in the opposition and in the local government” – underlined Kraja.

Ngjela emphasized that there is pressure and bribes in SPAK.
