A series of agreements were signed between the governments of Kosovo and Albania for the unification of pre-university school curriculums.

During the joint government meetings between both countries several agreements were signed, one of which guaranteed that the syllabi of primary and secondary schools of both nations would be unified.

The goal of these agreements was to urge the exchange of students from both countries.

This way, students from Albania would face no issues if they wanted to study in Kosovo and vice versa.

However, to date, these agreements have only remained on paper.
