Prime Minister Edi Rama declared on Wednesday that the Open Balkan, an initiative launched together with Serbia and North Macedonia, is a “mean to speed up the integration toward the European Union”.
Rama said during the plenary session that the Open Balkan is a process that will help bring to life the objectives set out by the Berlin Process.
“I would like to inform you that we are the first to have implemented the Berlin Process, and actually under that framework we have two agreements signed earlier with Kosovo and Montenegro”, Rama said.
In addition, he reiterated that a “fragmentized market cannot stimulate economic growth”.
