Prime Minister Edi Rama is expected to participate in the “Ukraine, Southeast Europe” summit.

He arrived in Dubrovnik, Croatia, where he was welcomed by his Croatian counterpart, Andrej Plenkovic, and the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“With Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic, we will discuss further defense cooperation, the rehabilitation of our wounded fighters on the front line, as well as the recovery of Ukraine,” Zelenskyy wrote on X after arriving.

Croatian President Zoran Milanovic, who has expressed skepticism about support for Ukraine, is not invited to the event in Dubrovnik.

Southeast European political leaders, including three presidents, five prime ministers and four foreign ministers, will attend the Ukraine Southeast Europe Summit in Dubrovnik this Wednesday in the Croatian coastal city of Dubrovnik alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
