42% of Albanian citizens said they were optimistic for the future. 1 in 4 said they were pessimistic and 32% are in the middle – they’re not fully optimistic or pessimistic about 2022.
This Barometer poll collected data on how Albanians feel about their lives and future in Albania in the upcoming months.
When classified in terms of the Socialist demographic and the Democratic one, only 3.7% of left-leaning voters said they were pessimistic about the future in their country. The most optimistic amongst Albanian citizens are Socialist voters once again (68.5%).

This Barometer poll was conducted by MRB and DataCentrum – from November 20 to 30, 2021 – through a total of 1.000 in-person interviews in Albanian households.
