During a press conference for Serbian media, President Aleksandar Vucic declared to be against changing the borders, an idea which could only be implemented if it were mandated by the United Nations.
In the past weeks, several regional, as well as international media, have been circulating the idea of changing the borders in the Balkans, particularly making reference to a “non-paper”.
EU top officials assert to not have seen the memo, while Germany has taken a staunch stance against the idea, describing it as “dangerous”.
