Projection of elections in Durres, DP-SP at a narrow difference, racing neck and neck for April 25

The third national survey for the district county of Durres, conducted by MRB in collaboration with Euronews Albania shows that it will be a very tough race for the April 25th elections, where the difference amongst the main parties will be very narrow.

Voting trend according to poll is expected to be:

SP – 40.4%

DP – 38.7%

SMI – 5.5%

Others – 1.3%

I won’t vote.  – 3.7%

I don’t know. – 8.5%

I refuse to answer. – 1.9%

Compared to the last two survey, DP has seen an increase in support from 36.9% to 38.7%, whereas SP has seen a decrease from 43.3% to 40.4% and now the difference has gone from 6.4% to 1.7%.

When analyzing the voting trends and voter behavior in the last elections of 2017, MRB predicts that the district county of Durres will see the following separation of support:

SP – 47%

DP – 45%

SMI – 6.4%

Others – 1.6%

With these projections and percentages the division of seats in Durres will be almost tied:

 

SP – 7 seats

DP – 6 seats
