Effectives of the Rapid Intervention Force (RFIF) have been deployed in the interior of the Parliament building, as it is expected that the opposition protest will begin in less than 1 hour.

Meanwhile, a little while ago, several FNSH vans were seen in the outer premises, in the courtyard of the Parliament building.

Measures were taken in the framework of the protest which is expected to start at 17:00 this Monday.

This protest comes after the one held on February 11, called by the chief democrat Sali Berisha, where the head of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, also participated.

Berisha demands the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama after the publication of the scandal with the former FBI official, Charles McGonigal.
