The police avoided a clash with the protesters at the Parliament by using tear gas to disperse them.
The Parliament was the next destination followed by the protesters called by the DP, after the Prime Minister’s Office, the headquarters of the Socialist Party, the Ministry of the Interior and the Municipality of Tirana, where firecrackers and Molotov cocktails were repeatedly thrown in the direction of the police officers and institutions.
The FNSH forces and the Eagles, who had earlier armored the entrance of the Parliament, used tear gas to disperse the Democratic Party militants gathered in front of it to avoid the same scenario in this institution.
The State Police announced that as a result of the attacks with Molotov cocktails and explosives, 10 members of the State Police were injured.
It is also reported that two protesters, father and son, were also injured.
The police have called for the prohibition of violent acts and announced that they have taken measures to identify and capture the persons involved in the attacks.
