Sokol Ngresi was appointed as the new Judge of the High Court after he was decreed by President Ilir Meta.

With this new appointment, the High Court has met its quorum of a minimum of 13 judges, out of the 19 members it should have in total.

From today, the High Court has reached its necessary quorum (2/3 members) needed in order for it to be operational and issue official rulings.

The High Court quorum paves the way for this judicial body to elect 3 members of the Constitutional Court, which is currently left with 7 members out of the 10 needed in total.
