Albanian PM Edi Rama and his Montenegrin homolog, Dritan Abazovic have arrived in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv.
Both Rama and Abazovic will be visiting the bombed areas in Borodyanka and Irpin as well as the exhibition with evidence and testimonies from the Russia-Ukraine war.
“In addition, PM Rama and his Montenegrin homolog will be received by the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a meeting which will be followed by a joint press conference between PM Rama, PM Abazovic, and President Zelenskyy,” – said the notice published by Rama’s briefing room.
During the day, PM Rama will also meet with his Ukrainian homolog, PM Denys Shmyhal and after with the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko.
Through a post on social media, Abazovic published a photo of both prime ministers shortly after landing in Kyiv.
“We’ve arrived in Kyiv with Edi Rama to offer our sincere support for its citizens in their right to protect their freedom. Montenegro will continue to help Ukraine in these difficult times and during this humanitarian catastrophe, “ – wrote Abazovic in his Twitter post.
