The former chairman of the Albanian National Council in the Preshevo Valley, Ragmi Mustafi, has published images of Serbian army tanks in the Preshevo Valley.

He said that scenes like this have already become frequent in the Preshevo Valley.

For the reason of publishing the images, Mustafi said that he did it not to spread fear and anger but to shed light on the reality that Albanians in Preshevo, Bujanoc and Medvegja are facing.
