The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, has announced that Spain has recognized Kosovar passports and citizens can now move freely to this country.

Through a post on Facebook, Bislimi underlines that Spain is added to the list of Schengen countries, where Kosovo citizens can go without visas from January 1.

“The good news continues. For our citizens and the state.

DG Home has announced that now even Spain recognizes the passports of the Republic of Kosovo. So we can travel without visas to this country.

While the visa-free movement started on January 1, Spain is a destination added to the countries of the Schengen area where we can travel through liberalization, where the obstacle earlier was the non-recognition of our passport.

We continue on, to bring other good news, which positively affects our citizens”, writes Bislimi on Facebook.
