SPAK launched Friday a probe into the wealth of former Socialist MP Alqi Bllako.
SPAK’s prosecution organ will withdraw the bank statements from any account that Bllako might have in second-tier banks in the country.
According to sources near SPAK, the first institution to get a formal request in providing Alqi Bllako’s assets were property agencies, in order to see whether the former MP has any property under his name.
The same procedure is being followed for former minister Lefter Koka.
Bllako and former environment minister Koka are accused of forging property papers in order to maximize their profit and causing financial damage of €140,000 to the state budget.
