While commenting on the survey for the district county of Tirana on likability metric for the leader, Arbjan Mazniku, Deputy Mayor of Tirana said that this reference is a significant indicator as it shows the ceiling, which each parties’ votes can actually reach.

“From all the assessments we can see a landscape, where the majority of people have made up their mind and have started to create a clear perspective. These are ceilings, in principle the leader likability is a fundamental factor that shows the possible ceiling of growth and I believe that we are more or less at this level,” he said.

“Now the evaluations aren’t only for the political leader but for the leader of coalitions and clearly Rama continues to be at an advantage, which will eventually turn into an electoral advantage as well,” added Mazniku.
