The State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi, responding to an inquiry from President Ilir Meta, ruled out any possibility for the manipulation of technological devices that will be used for the first time at the general elections, and asserted that the voting procedure is “100% safe”.
“There is a scenario that there will be interference at the electronic voting that will take place for the first time at Administrative Unit 10”, claimed President Meta.
