Ten citizens lost the battle to COVID-19 over the last day, while authorities are struggling to deal with mounting new infections.
In the last 24 hours, 836 citizens tested positive to the virus.
Recoveries are estimated at over 70.500, an additional 700 more from yesterday.
The official COVID-19 death toll is 1.813, according to a tally kept by the National Institute of Public Health.
Authorities appealed to citizens to respect the pandemic-related measures in order to curb the spread of the virus, meanwhile Kosovo has not been able to secure any vaccine doses.
