The Socialist Party has concluded its electoral campaign today for the county of Tirana.
PM Edi Rama will soon make his statement on Skanderbeg square.
The County of Tirana constitutes 36 seats in the New Parliament.
According to the Civil Status Registry, 3,588,869 Albanian citizens will be eligible to vote on April 25th, 50.5% of whom male and 49.5% female.
