The Independent Qualification Commission (KPK) announced on Thursday that Tirana prosecutor, Elisabeta Imeraj has successfully passed the vetting process.
A few days ago, the he High Council of Prosecutors appointed Elisabeta Imeraj as head of the Tirana Prosecution Office for a period of 3 years.
The decision on Imeraj was postponed several times in previous hearings.
During the hearing, the International Monitoring Operation (IMO) representative, Theo Jacobs addressed 55 questions to Ms. Imeraj, including debates between him and the prosecutor.
