The Ministry of Interior Affairs announced that the Vehicle Registration Center in Zubin Potok is now open, whose premises were set aflame a few days ago by several Serbian citizens.
“After the attack at the Vehicle Registration Center in Zubin Potok, the Ministry of Interior has reopened the Registration center today. We take advantage of this case to let you know that work at the center will continue as per usual and that agents are ready to provide their services to all citizens”, a statement released to the press read.
The Interior Ministry clarified that the object has been adapted to provide quick services to citizens, until the Center for the Registration of Vehicles, which was burned down after an arson attack, is fully functional again.
The attack took place shortly after the Government of Kosovo announced that it will require temporary RKS license plates on all Serbian vehicles crossing into its territory.
“This is a rapid intervention by the officials of the Registration Agency, in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, so that locals are not left without necessary services”, the statement read.
