Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Wednesday that buying arms from China is ‘completely legitimate, transparent’.
According to local media N1, the president’s office released a statement saying that the FK-3 missile defense does not pose any threats, and should not be seen as such.
The Serbian President accused his Montenegrin counterpart Milo Djukanovic and Kosovo PM Albin Kurti of ‘spreading hate against Serbs and Serbia’.
“Kurti and Djukanovic always use lies in order to show themselves as the victims, and Serbia as the aggressor. They are not able to explain how could Serbia be dangerous if it is equipped with a defense system”, said Vucic.
He also dismissed Kurti’s statement that Serbia is arming up out of fears that it might remain alone.
