The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, held a meeting with the Russian ambassador in Belgrade, Aleksandar Bocan-Kharchenko.
During the meeting, they talked about topics in the field of bilateral cooperation, while also exchanging opinions on geopolitical issues, reports Euronews Serbia.
Vucic and Bocan-Harchenko also talked about the situation in Kosovo and the region at large.
“And on this occasion, President Vucic reiterated that Serbia remains committed to the policy of peace and cooperation, as the only way to resolve ongoing issues,” the statement said.
Among other things, Vucic thanked Russia for its support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republic of Serbia.
