On Monday, the deputy chair of the Democratic Party Enkelejd Alibeaj denounced the wage leak scandal which saw the salaries of some more than 600,000 citizens come out in the open.
According to Alibeaj, this is a result of the patrons’ scandal going unpunished, adding that the blame must fall on SPAK.
He said that the prosecution’s duty is to give transparency to the investigation on the data leak and that citizens have a right to know at what stage are the investigations.
“They have a right to know what is going on with this serious violation of fundamental rights that brought repercussions in their private and professional lives. The government cannot escape from its responsibilities”, concluded Alibeaj.
