‘Lulzim Basha has surrounded himself with a gang of murderers, traffickers, kidnappers and fundamentalists,’ – declared former PM Sali Berisha after giving his testimony for the Prosecution in regards to the protest on January 8.

“I was asked to appear before prosecutors today following orders of the ‘Medusa’, and I came, in the name of honoring my principles, which are the ones that protect me. In my declaration, I emphasized that to every Albanian, friend and partner of Albania, the greatest form of ugliness, the most unimaginable act, the most criminal moment in history over the past 30 years, the most flagrant evidence of the link between politics and crime, is nonother than Lulzim Basha, who has been surrounding himself by a gang of murders, traffickers, kidnappers and fundamentalists. This also makes up the most dramatic moment and the most flagrant evidence of the narco-state and the link between a politician and the crime world,” – said Berisha.

In addition, the former PM underlined that he will be referring every information in his possession regarding this group of mercenaries and traffickers, to relevant investigative bodies.

‘You will find the concrete names on my Facebook page,” – added Berisha.

According to Berisha, Basha is a ‘symbol of extreme political infidelity and the most degenerate symbol of the link between politics and the crime world’.

Berisha called for another protest of Democrats in Shkoder, on Sunday at 11:00 AM, at the Sports Palace.

‘The revolution won’t stop; DP will take back control of its headquarters,” – said Berisha.

The former head of DP accused Basha of making secret deals and further extending his riches, and that he was willing to destroy DP’s building, to allow for the construction of two skyscrapers in their place.
