86% of Albanians will spend New Year’s Eve with their families.
In larger numbers, respectively at 91%, were those who responded that they will spend the last hours of 2021 in their home city or town.
Only 5% of the surveyed had plans to travel to another city, or town.
2022 will find 93% of Albanians in their home country, with less than one in ten people who said they plan to go abroad.
The most preferred destination for this end year is Italy (35%), and locally Korca (30%).
The findings of the poll conducted from 20-30 November 2021 and carried out by MRB and Data Centrum on a national scale, with 1,000 face-to-face household interviews found that for 96% of Albanians, New Year’s eve is the most preferred holiday.
