June 3^rd is World Bicycle Day and the community of bike riders in Tirana will be celebrating and promoting the importance of the use of this mode of transportation in our day-to-day life.

Bicycles are known to be one of the most ecological modes of transportation that bring about benefits for the individuals using them, not only in terms of their health but also their economy.

The benefits of using a bicycle instead of fuel-burning motor vehicles are also most importantly felt by the planet and they have a long-term influence on the health of our air, our atmosphere, our oceans, and in turn the lives of our future generations on planet earth.

Starting at 18:00 p.m. until 22:00 p.m., at Mother Theresa square in Tirana, this community will be organizing the Festival of Bicycles, which will also be accompanied by music performances.
