“The Year of Candles” is the last publication of the writer and publicist from Kosovo, Veton Surroi, which was promoted in the activity “Art as resistance” within the October of the Book.

The book is based on personal events, without losing the thread of rapid political developments, bringing a new approach to the identity of politics through personal experiences, for the Albanian issue of the 20th century.
