Lawyer Ylli Manjani said that ordinary people do not understand the importance of opening files.

Durring the Barometer show on Euronews Albania, Manjani said that this explains the broad consensus in the Barometer’s findings.

According to him, a serious society would have a more refractory reaction.

“I knew a couple of low-life spies who made a name for themselves by talking down on other spies. Espionage is used with the intention of influencing this type of perception of people who appear to be in consensus. If you take it to a person and tell them, listen your grandfather was not who you thought he was, then they would make a 360 degree turn and say they’re not in favor of opening them. This has to do with a national indifference that was connected with coexistence, with evil, with all kinds of phenomena and we do not take it seriously enough”, said Manjani.
